Unless requested otherwise, I have permission to promote any given commission on social media or to add to my portfolio, whether it may be the finished product or simply me showcasing the process, which includes streaming the process as well.

If the client files a chargeback or scams, I can make the commission for public use.

I need photo references for illustrations. I won't be taking requests if they are description only.

I am open to most concepts, but I can decline commissions if I think I am not suited for your request.

Please contact if you want to use the commission for mass producing/merchandising purposes. Otherwise you are free to use your commission commercially.

Payment is through PayPal. I can do E-transfer for clients living in Canada.

Clients can either pay full amount up front, or pay half upfront and the rest after an approved progress shot has been sent.

Lately I have been slow with work. I will work on commissions 2-30 days after discussing with the client. Commissions take around a week to a bit over a month.

I will provide as much updates as possible, and communicate if things will have to be delayed.

Do not rush me. I do my commissions in chronological order; primarily based on who ordered first.

I will not do refunds after the commission is finished, due to the nature of the product.

I will give full refunds if the commission has not been started, if the sketch phase isn't finished, or if I declare the cancelation myself.

Full refunds will be provided if the commission has not been started, if the sketch phase isn't finished, or if I initiate to cancel a commission.

Partial refunds are provided when the client intiates the cancellation but I have already finished the sketch phase or passed it.
